This November, join me on a journey using breathwork and specific somatic and embodiment practices to support you in creating a curious, kind, and intimate relationship with yourself. This 6 weeks will give you permission to focus deeply on you and explore your inner world to reconnect with many of the parts of you you have been disconnected from. We will meet the parts of us that have been holding fear, sadness, anger, shame, trapped joy, and deep love that want to be expressed. We will practice using different embodiment tools to support them in being welcomed back into the wholeness of your being.

When we put our breath and body into motion we expand our capacity to experience our own aliveness and life force. We reunite with our truest selves through committing to the breath and showing up to give ourselves love and care through our undivided attention and presence. As we commit to showing up for ourselves and our breath over the course of this 6 weeks we make space to allow all the gifts and wisdom that want to come through to be revealed. There is so much magic inside of each of us if we can find the courage to meet each part of us with curiosity and kindness. Let me show you how.
This group is an opportunity to meet yourself whilst being in the presence and loving witness of community. May we all be seen and celebrated as we devote ourselves to revealing our deepest truth and highest expression.
HOW IT WORKS
We’ll come together on Zoom every Tuesday for 6 weeks. You’ll be in a small community/group of folks who are ready to dive in to explore and deepen their relationships to themselves this fall.
Each session we’ll be exploring a particular theme. I’ll speak for a few minutes on the topic and then will provide writing prompts and somatic tools to support you in digging deeper into what wants to be moved through you. We will then explore a specific somatic/embodiment practice before moving into our full breathwork session. Each person will have an opportunity to share what comes up and collectively we will honour an intention to leave our 6 week container feeling deeply reunited to our truth, hearts and ourselves.

Deepening your breathwork practice by making a weekly commitment to yourself
A community of heart led humans all curious about knowing themselves deeper in some way
