Community is everything.

When I first began my journey of healing from chronic illness and coming to know who I really was I felt very alone.

It was through me finding community that was centered around radical self expression, play, transformation, and deep connection that I finally felt supported to keep going on my journey.

Its became the most valuable asset that I had in my toolkit. I couldn’t have made it to where I am now without community and the deep connections I have made over the years through this work.

Hence I am very passionately committed to bringing together conscious women and men, in spaces (virtual or otherwise) to breathe, move their bodies, play, express, heal and ultimately become more of who they really are.

For the past 6 months I ran these classes every Friday night and gathered people together from the comfort of their own homes to connect over the interwebs in a sacred breath circle. This circle very quickly became a Friday night haven for so many of us all and I am excited to continue on this magic just on a monthly basis (for now).

From now on we will gather once a month online to tune into our bodies and use the practice of breathwork to transform our tension, stress, anxiety, overwhelm, numbness, etc into lightness, joy, peace and ease.

I welcome you to join me. Sign up below!
