From CHAOS TO CALM: a 6-week Breathwork journey

join me for a 6-week Somatic Breathwork + embodiment journeY
This November, join me on a journey using breathwork and specific somatic and embodiment practices to support you in creating a deeply nourishing and resourcing relationship with yourself, this practice and your own nervous system. This six weeks will give you permission to tune in instead of out and really give yourself space to slow things down and listen in for what your true needs are at this moment. The world and life is spinning around us, so much is crumbling on that outside we must learn the process of anchoring into ourselves as the storms rage on.
This is a space for you to be held each week with whatever is arising in your own world and experience. We will create a cozy cocoon for each of us to move through our dysregulation (chaos) and to come back into co-regulation (calm) together. We need holding to quiet things sometimes. When you match the power of a held container with the potency of a practice such as breathwork and like minded community you get the medicine we all need.

HOW IT WORKS
We’ll come together on Zoom every Tuesday for 6 weeks. You’ll be in a small community/group of folks who are wanting to dive in and explore/learn/grow together.
Each session we’ll be exploring a particular theme. I’ll speak for a few minutes on the topic and then will provide writing prompts and somatic tools to support you in digging deeper into what wants to be moved through you. We will then explore a specific somatic/embodiment practice before moving into our full breathwork session. Each person will have an opportunity to share what comes up and collectively we will honour an intention to leave our 6 week container feeling deeply reunited to our truth, hearts and ourselves.
