FIND YOUR WAY

The feeling of being ‘lost’ is one of my most disliked feelings. The sense of not really knowing how to orient or where to put your energy can be destabilizing.

I am forever asking myself what it means to find the way back into the known and how do we do it in a way that feels really true and right for our soul? Without just stepping onto the path that society says we should, just because. But to listen within and dig in deeper and deeper until the clarity and vision arrives. 

We are not encouraged in this society to go against the stream. It’s scary to follow our own heart when many of the other humans around you are following the path of life that feels set and laid out to them. 

But nothing can cure that ache in your heart but listening to it and following it in some way.

Deep in there is a whisper. A knowing. A calling. A cry. It's a part of you that is the compass of your soul and knows the direction to go next.

But to access it requires the courage to slow down enough to hear it.

To be willing to see what it is desiring and open to the possibility that you could move in that direction, some how.

If you are lost in the forest what do you do? Sit down and sleep? Give up and wait for someone to come find you? Panic and hyperventilate? Run at top speed in the direction you think is the way out? 

All change requires moving through the unknown. So we get to choose how we navigate it.

With grace and ease, or stress and strain.

There are many options and many ways.

I am finding my own unique way through one step at a time and I hope to hold space for you to also find your own way forward.

This Friday’s community breathwork will hold the intention of giving you space to find your unique path and way forward in this chapter/moment of your life. Come and dive in. Be guided by the breath. Sound. The community. And let whats in your heart speak and be heard. It’s so important, especially now.

For me community is everything.

It was through me finding a community that was centered on radical self-expression, play, transformation, and deep connection that I finally felt supported to keep going on my journey.

Because of this, I am passionately committed to bringing conscious people together in a virtual space to breathe.

We will move together, express, heal and support one other around a specific theme.

Each month’s theme will be released 1-2 weeks before the circle date so please check back closer to the event date.

Breathwork is an active meditation that uses a specific breath technique called circular-connected breathing, along with music and guided support to help you heal on all levels. By breathing in large amounts of energy and air, blockages and old tensions are able to be accessed at their root and come up to the surface to be released, integrated and healed. Breathing in this way also allows you to journey into expanded states of consciousness, making the experience of breathwork one that is ripe with possibility for clarity, creativity and transformation.

On one hand the experience is activating and stimulating, and on the other it can allow you to relax and release tension while liberating limiting beliefs. It can connect you to your innate wisdom while gently expanding your being in new ways you may not have known were possible.
