INTO THE UNKNOWN

All of life's juiciest moments seem to appear when we find enough courage to step into the unknown. Out of our mundane everyday and into the wild adventure that lies right beyond our doorstep.

Life invites us to play and explore and learn about ourselves in a new way so we can keep growing.

To the body, the unknown is a wild playground.

Step by step exploring the terrain. Meeting the bumps in the road with curiosity and wonder. 

The body knows how to navigate the unknown by moving one step at a time. Stopping. Pausing. Feeling. Moving. Finding. 

Each moment of the journey can become exhilarating, especially if we welcome in the breath.

We need the breath with us. Without it there is fear. Without it we are anticipating what might happen. Where we might get eaten by a tiger or fall off a cliff if we take one more step. The breath keeps us here. Connected to each step, each sensation that arises as we move in a new direction.

The body is the way, the breath is the how.

This is the embodied skill set that we all need to learn at this time. How to move and keep aiming our hearts forward even if we don’t know the way. 

When life becomes a map without roads ahead we have no choice but to learn how to trust ourselves in knowing which direction to step in. We learn to surrender to the divine navigation that the body is.

The mind on its own can’t take us where we need to go next. We need ALL of us on board. Working together, as one.


For me community is everything.

It was through me finding a community that was centered on radical self-expression, play, transformation, and deep connection that I finally felt supported to keep going on my journey.

Because of this, I am passionately committed to bringing conscious people together in a virtual space to breathe.

We will move together, express, heal and support one other around a specific theme.

Each month’s theme will be released 1-2 weeks before the circle date so please check back closer to the event date.

Breathwork is an active meditation that uses a specific breath technique called circular-connected breathing, along with music and guided support to help you heal on all levels. By breathing in large amounts of energy and air, blockages and old tensions are able to be accessed at their root and come up to the surface to be released, integrated and healed. Breathing in this way also allows you to journey into expanded states of consciousness, making the experience of breathwork one that is ripe with possibility for clarity, creativity and transformation.

On one hand the experience is activating and stimulating, and on the other it can allow you to relax and release tension while liberating limiting beliefs. It can connect you to your innate wisdom while gently expanding your being in new ways you may not have known were possible.
