Theme: Finding Aliveness

When we breathe deeply and fully, we feel alive. We open ourselves to meet what's been holding us back from living in a greater state of joy, our full flow of life energy. We release the tension and holding patterns of our past and free our bodies to dance with the ease of this present moment that's with us. It’s beautiful.

Sometimes we make things so complicated.

We feel stuck or uncertain or unsure and try and think our way out. We try to change from the level of the mind. But the mind lives in the past and the future. How can we create change if we are not actually here now?

The possibility for living more fully and feeling more alive lives in this very moment. Not yesterday or tomorrow. It’s here now. And the breath is the gateway in.

The question then becomes. Are you willing to feel and allow what's in the way of the wellspring of joy that is dying to be expressed through you?

Are you willing to let go of how you think things should be to meet what’s here now in truth and find delight in that, in some way?

Can you get curious how life might want to express through you as its vessel at this time in your life?

What's the next inspired step to take?

“In order to feel fully alive and to recapture our joyfulness, we have to reintegrate the unconscious, instinctual, associational old brain with the clever new brain. But we cannot think our way to aliveness. We cannot recapture joyfulness through our cerebral cortex, smart as it is; the old brain is not altered by the cognitive process. It is altered only by concrete experience.”

“We must restore the split-off and denied parts of ourselves that we lost in childhood and heal the numbness and pain and perceived threats to survival that dampen our feeling of aliveness and filter out our awareness of our connection to others and to the cosmos.”


For me community is everything.

It was through me finding a community that was centered on radical self-expression, play, transformation, and deep connection that I finally felt supported to keep going on my journey.

Because of this, I am passionately committed to bringing conscious people together in a virtual space to breathe.

We will move together, express, heal and support one other around a specific theme.

Each month’s theme will be released 1-2 weeks before the circle date so please check back closer to the event date.

Breathwork is an active meditation that uses a specific breath technique called circular-connected breathing, along with music and guided support to help you heal on all levels. By breathing in large amounts of energy and air, blockages and old tensions are able to be accessed at their root and come up to the surface to be released, integrated and healed. Breathing in this way also allows you to journey into expanded states of consciousness, making the experience of breathwork one that is ripe with possibility for clarity, creativity and transformation.

On one hand the experience is activating and stimulating, and on the other it can allow you to relax and release tension while liberating limiting beliefs. It can connect you to your innate wisdom while gently expanding your being in new ways you may not have known were possible.
