A six-week journey using breathwork and specific somatic and embodiment practices to support you in moving into motion/action, clearing stagnancy and lack of flow in your system.

We’ll come together on Zoom every Tuesday for 6 weeks to breathe. You’ll be in a small community/group of folks who are ready to move through some stuck energy and shake things up this winter.

In each session, we’ll be exploring a particular theme. I’ll speak for a few minutes on the topic and then will provide writing prompts to support you in digging deeper into what wants to be moved through you in this container. Each person will have an opportunity to share what comes up or shifts in the space of our time together and collectively we will honour an intention to leave our 6-week container feeling alive and awake, ready for whatever comes our way.
