Closer is an 8-week Sacred Journey that will take you into the body, the breath, and the emotions igniting your inner healer and encouraging your most divine unfolding.

In saying yes to taking this journey you are committing to being held in a sacred container for your deepest transformation to emerge.

We will gather in community to be supported and guided (by me) through each week’s peeling of the layers through breathwork sessions, mindful movement, writing, meditation, sharing circles, coaching, and exploration of weekly themes.

Each week we will gather on zoom in our intimate container on Tuesday evenings from 7:00-9:00pm est or Wednesday mornings from 10-12am est to connect and open to the next layer of our unfolding. You can choose between one of the two groups to join.

The journey will begin Sept 21st and run through till Nov 9th 2021.
