Do you know we get to build a tolerance and capacity to feel and hold EVEN MORE goodness and pleasurable sensation in our lives?

Most of us have learned to expect pain or hardship. That something bad might happen right around the corner. That things might just fall apart. So we don’t open to the fullness of the good feelings of life as they arise in the moment.

I've been practicing recently really allowing myself to expand into the place of “all is well”, “everything is good”, “I am okay”, “this feels so good” and its been feeling expansive and bringing so much joy and lightness into my day.

Notice that I am not walking around telling myself “I love everything”, “All is perfect”, no not at all. I am not expecting that everything will be great all the time. I am just really being intentional about noticing the moments when truly all is well and giving myself permission to really soak them in all the way. Like a yummy drink for the nervous system, a dose of ease and grace. 

So this week, let's breathe together into this space of ease and beauty and expand our capacity for feeling good together.

Know that however you arrive to our journey together is great. We can give you space to process what is up for you and on the other side find the feelings I am speaking of here. As always this practice can meet you exactly where you are at AND it can help you shift into a new state. Which is always the transformative magic of the breath, its ability to change how you feel, think, vibrate in a matter of minutes. 


For me community is everything.

It was through me finding a community that was centered on radical self-expression, play, transformation, and deep connection that I finally felt supported to keep going on my journey.

Because of this, I am passionately committed to bringing conscious people together in a virtual space to breathe.

We will move together, express, heal and support one other around a specific theme.

Each month’s theme will be released 1-2 weeks before the circle date so please check back closer to the event date.

Breathwork is an active meditation that uses a specific breath technique called circular-connected breathing, along with music and guided support to help you heal on all levels. By breathing in large amounts of energy and air, blockages and old tensions are able to be accessed at their root and come up to the surface to be released, integrated and healed. Breathing in this way also allows you to journey into expanded states of consciousness, making the experience of breathwork one that is ripe with possibility for clarity, creativity and transformation.

On one hand the experience is activating and stimulating, and on the other it can allow you to relax and release tension while liberating limiting beliefs. It can connect you to your innate wisdom while gently expanding your being in new ways you may not have known were possible.
