Breathwork Facilitation

Each group breathwork session includes prep, dress rehearsal (if needed), resources for participants to take home after, the discussion around how breathwork can support stress and tension releases and emotional regulations, and of course a full breathwork experience.

The whole Journey from start to finish is 1 hour.
